benign

We met with the specialist today and the biopsy was benign.

Praise the Lord. I can't even begin to explain the peace we have this evening.

To my friends thanks for your support through this and prayers. I can't tell you what an encouragement it was to see so many heartfelt comments on the first blog I wrote about this on. I didn't know there were so many friends of ours keeping up with us. What a blessing each one of you are. I should start baking and send you all a dozen cookies or something. ???

By the way I think maybe after this scare we should have one big buddy check once a month and I will remind you to do your own breast self-exam. O.k.?

P.S. By the way sorry to not post sooner, we were gone all evening at my parents.

Oh, Heather, I'm so relieved with you. I know God has taken you through an amazing journey the past week, and I'm so glad you allowed us to see your struggles and triumphs. -Beth

Heather, I'm so glad everything is OK! I hadn't checked your blog for a while, so I didn't realize what was going on. I feel like I've been spared some anxious days, finding out your good news first. And wow, what a faith issue! We can't pick our trials, and I don't know that I would really want to anyway. But I will start back on those monthly exams....!

Wow! I hadn't read your blogs in a while so I got to see the results right away. So glad to hear the good news! I simply cannot imagine how hard that must have been to go through! Makes you want to love a little stronger and hug a little longer all the ones dear to you. - Lynette
